Huaven Civilization Initiative Global Layout Presentation

Huaven Civilization Initiative · Global Layout Presentation
For hub node investors and global agency partners

Building future-oriented infrastructure for intellectual civilization through civilizational spaces, global nodes, collaboration platforms and multilingual translation systems.

What is the Huaven Civilization Initiative?

The Huaven Civilization Initiative is a future-oriented civilizational collaboration plan. Beginning with the 3,600-meter Chinese Culture Grand Scroll, it uses multilingual translation, problem collaboration, knowledge organization, resource coordination and global node construction.

In the first stage, we aim to build a multilingual backup system for important human knowledge, ideas and cultural achievements, raising the participation of non-English and underrepresented languages in global knowledge expression.

Why is it needed now?

  • Global knowledge is highly concentrated in a few dominant languages.
  • The AI era is reshaping knowledge production and may further expand expression imbalance without a multilingual civilizational system.
  • Human problems are becoming more complex and require long-term collaboration across languages, regions, disciplines and institutions.

20-Year Vision

Greatly reduce communication barriers among major global languages
Increase the share of non-English languages in advanced intellectual expression
Build a global system for problem discovery, collaborative solution and outcome accumulation
Promote large-scale content creation, knowledge organization and innovation practice
Form a civilizational industry ecosystem covering nodes, platforms, content, copyright, education and capital

Beginning with the 3,600-meter Chinese Culture Grand Scroll

Using a classical grand scroll as the opening carrier of the initiative and a visible beginning of global collaboration.

The 3,600-meter Chinese Culture Grand Scroll is not the end of the initiative, but its opening carrier. It transforms a cultural work into the starting point of a global civilizational collaboration system.

  • Invite 108 representatives from various global fields to inscribe signatures
  • Launch the “Ten Thousand Seals” program for certification and co-creation
  • Create a scroll system that can be copied, exhibited and distributed
  • Distribute nine grand scrolls across global nodes for civilizational memory and risk backup
  • Use scroll-related activities to connect talents, resources, institutions and city nodes

Civilizational Collaboration Platform: Connecting Ideas, Problems, Tasks and Resources

Integrating civilizational achievements, multilingual translation, problem generation, task collaboration, resource coordination and global linkage into a sustainable engineering system.

Content Library

Gather classics, works, papers, courses, tools, products, methods, people, institutions and local documents into a translatable and searchable civilizational asset library.

Problem Library

Collect real problems in global development, education, technology, culture, cities, industries and personal growth.

Task Collaboration System

Transform problems into tasks that individuals, institutions and teams can claim, collaborate on, review and deliver.

Resource Coordination System

Match contributors, funds, venues, projects, talents, equipment, content and technologies.

Global Linkage System

Connect regions, languages, industries, cities, institutions and individuals into a cross-civilizational network.

The Platform Builds the Stage; Languages and People Take the Lead

Giving every language and every person their own entrance to civilization.

Individuals

Discover problems, join thinking, revise content and inspire creation.

Institutions

Organize, translate, review and certify content as trusted nodes.

Governments

Establish civilizational funds to support national languages, local cultures and public knowledge.

Platform

Provide rules, tools, indexes, collaboration, backup and distribution systems.

Let every language have a world entrance, and let every person’s thoughts and creations be recorded by history.

Initial Global Layout of the Huaven Civilization Initiative

6 Functional Headquarters, 18 Civilizational Hub Nodes

  • 6 functional headquarters: global coordination, technology and systems, content and multilingual affairs, resource coordination, global expansion, education and talent
  • 18 civilizational hub nodes forming the first-stage global layout
  • Starting with 18 language translation centers and gradually expanding to more than 70
  • Covering major written languages with tens of millions of users and connecting major civilizational regions

18 Civilizational Hub Nodes

Shanghai, Tokyo, Cairo, Paris, Moscow, New York, Mexico City, São Paulo, Sydney, London, Berlin, New Delhi, Istanbul, Johannesburg, Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Los Angeles

Three Types of Partners We Are Currently Looking For

At this stage, we need not spectators, but people who can bring resources, capital, development capabilities and long-term execution.

1. Project Agents

For investors, entrepreneurs, family offices, high-net-worth groups, overseas Chinese resources and potential partners.

Core value: bringing the project into real resource circles.

2. Node Investment Partners

Participate in capital, city resources, park resources, institutional resources and implementation around the 18 global hub nodes.

Core value: lighting civilizational torches in different parts of the world.

3. Execution Partners

Responsible for engineering implementation, team building, technology development, content operation, global expansion and daily management.

Core value: turning a grand vision into concrete work every day.
