As human society moves from a material-centered civilization toward an intellectual civilization, the world needs new civilizational symbols and new infrastructure for thought. The Huaven Civilization Initiative uses the 3,600-meter Chinese Culture Grand Scroll as its core carrier, nine global hub nodes as coordinates, and Huaven City with the Ring of Civilization as spatial expression.
It is a long-term civilizational initiative for the future. Through cultural display, thought recording, multilingual exchange and global node collaboration, it aims to build infrastructure where ideas can be recorded, seen, compared, discussed and transformed into real-world power.
The Nine Cities and Nine Scrolls global layout is the opening chapter. It begins with nine 3,600-meter scrolls placed in nine global cities and forms the first expressive model through four structures.

The Chinese Culture Grand Scroll is the core civilizational carrier of Chapter One. About 3,600 meters long, it covers nine cultural sections and 64 classical units, combining one-person transcription, 108 inscriptions and 9,999 seal carvings into a system of thought recording, civilizational symbolism and public participation.
The initiative plans nine symbolically significant cities with intercontinental influence: Shanghai, Tokyo, Cairo, Paris, Moscow, New York, Mexico City, Sao Paulo and Sydney.
Each hub node will build a Huaven City formed by Rings of Civilization. A Huaven City composed of two to five rings is not only a long-term exhibition space for the 3,600-meter scroll, but also a platform for intellectual exchange, civilizational forums, cultural education and public events.
